You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Model Answer 1:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to provide some feedback on the recent training course that I attended and successfully completed. I hope this feedback will be useful to you.
The course, titled "Effective Project Management Strategies" - focused on key methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, risk assessment, and time management techniques to enhance workplace efficiency.
I found the training highly beneficial, particularly in improving my ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The practical exercises helped me develop a more structured approach to task delegation and deadline management, which I have already begun applying in my role. Additionally, the insights on risk mitigation have given me greater confidence in handling unexpected challenges.
However, I believe this course may not be suitable for all employees, particularly those in non-managerial roles. Since the content was largely tailored for project leaders, team members without decision-making responsibilities might struggle to find direct applications for the techniques taught. A more role-specific training programme might be more beneficial for them.
I appreciate the opportunity to attend this training and look forward to implementing my new skills in the workplace.
Yours faithfully,
Richard Winslow
Model Answer 2:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Emma Bennett, and I am writing this letter to share my feedback on the recent Customer Service Excellence training course I attended. The course covered essential topics such as effective communication, handling difficult customers, and enhancing customer satisfaction through problem-solving strategies.
I found the training extremely useful, particularly in improving my ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently. The role-playing exercises provided practical experience in dealing with challenging situations, and the section on active listening has helped me respond to customer concerns more empathetically. I am confident that the skills I have gained will allow me to contribute to a more positive customer experience and strengthen client relationships.
However, I believe this course may not be suitable for colleagues who do not interact with customers directly, such as those in administrative or technical roles. A more tailored training session focusing on internal communication or problem-solving might be more relevant for them.
Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this valuable training. I look forward to applying these new techniques in my role.
Yours faithfully,
Emma Bennett
