Model Answer 1:
Today´s world is the world of competitions and survival. If you want to succeed, you have to face and battle challenges and you have to show that you are undoubtedly the best. It also applies to your company and business. One of the methods to improve and depict a better image of your company is to unify the employees by asking them to wear uniforms.
It is important that a company or an organisation shows a positive image to the public. In developed countries where there exists a free market and people have the opportunity to choose between many, they surely will be attracted to the best ones. Subsequently, the more customers an organisation or company has, the more successful they will be. Let´s imagine that you visit a company where it´s employees wear different type of clothes and you can barely recognize who belongs there and who doesn´t. It will certainly affect your experiences and overall evaluation of that company. On the other side, if you for instance visit a car renting company and all the employees wear uniforms which represent that company, it gives you the feeling that you are dealing with proper the people and company.
Furthermore, similar to schools, uniforms hides the differences (economic and social classes) between members and all will appear the same. This will make the "weaker" parts of the company or organisation feel confident and relax hence they will focus more on their job and the productivity will increase.
Those who object the idea of introduction of uniforms may argue that by this the companies and organisations take the freedom of choice of clothes from the members. It is partly true, but of course, each company and the organisation has its own rules that must be obeyed.
To conclude, I believe that the companies or organisations who regularly deal with customers directly and are in contact with people all the time can better their appearance and impact on customers by introducing uniforms to their employees.

Model Answer 2:
Many companies and organizations are making uniform necessary for their employees. Having a separate uniform for office is actually a good thing but there can be some disadvantages to that.
Firstly, when a separate outfit is designed for an organization, it creates uniformity among their staffs. It becomes impossible to even predict who earns how much and who is at a higher post. Secondly, the employees are benefited by the fact that they do not have to worry about what to wear for office every morning.
People often feel uncomfortable if they have to repeat same clothes every week. All the staffs of an office do not have a high earning. Those who can earn more can buy many clothes and change them daily whereas, those who do not earn more have to repeat the same number of clothes every week. This often makes low earners feel inferior to high earners. This may even disturb the working environment in the office as the employees seem to be uncomfortable with each other. Some low earning people even tend to buy clothes, sometimes, even more than they are supposed to, just to fit in with high earning staffs which could result in a bad economic state to some people. Thus, having an office uniform solves all such problems. People not only have to worry about buying new clothes and fitting in with the richer ones but also, can save their money for future rather than, wasting it in buying new outfits.
However, there are some disadvantages too. As office uniform is specific, it is easier for anyone to identify where a particular person works. In addition, sometimes, people may have to go to a certain event after office. In that case, they cannot simply go to the event in their office uniform and they cannot even wear a different clothing item other than their uniform. Hence, they need to go home and get dressed for the event which consumes time. This will not be the case if there is not an office uniform. Employees can get dressed according to the event that they will be attending while going to their office and after office hours is complete they can straightly go the event that they are supposed to.
To conclude, I believe office uniform is necessary for any office or organizations to bring uniformity among their staffs, however, they should be allowed to wear other casual attire if they will be attending other events after office.

Model Answer 3:
I strongly agree with the notion that entertainers, today, are paid an excessive amount of money. In current times, science and technology have taken major strides for the betterment of our society. Our focus should be on facilitating such endeavours rather than on entertainment.
I believe all the biological scientists like pharmacists, biochemists, microbiologists etc. in our society should be paid more than the people in the entertainment business. These people or as we dub them ‘nerds’ spend valuable hours in their lives in discovering a new molecule that might be used to make our lives better. Their goal is to discover novel ideas and to create innovative techniques. Thus, rather than spending their time with their families or an evening in the theatre, they immerse themselves in their laboratories working night after night, maybe, discover a new drug. For such sacrifices, these scientists should get their due remuneration. However, a discrepancy can be seen in our society. We tend to value people in the entertainment business more than the scientists who might be working on the Ebola virus vaccine.
I do not devalue the hard work by an actor or a football player. They had to reach their stardom after endless practice sessions and failures. However, if we make an objective comparison, at the end of the day, it is the work of a microbiologist or a biochemist that helps us to live a healthy and disease-free life. So, our money should be spent on those individuals who strive to bring about a healthier and comfortable society.
