Sample Answer 1:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to inquire about the possibility of accepting my 14 years old son in grade 7 at your school as we are planning to move to Aden city next month. I would appreciate it if you could assist in the enrolment procedure. I have searched many schools in Aden and found yours the most appropriate to take my son to.
My son 'Abir' is a diligent student and his academic records are excellent so far. He scored 93% in his final exam in grade 7. His current teachers and friends admire him very much. Besides, he participates in different school activities spontaneously. He likes art and participated in many traditional occasions organized by local education authorities in Sana'a. Sport is his favourite hobby and he has always been an active member of the school's sports team.
It would be so kind of you if you accept him in your school in early June 2020 and let him join the class at the beginning of the calendar year. I will be grateful if you support him to be accepted into your esteemed school.
Yours faithfully,
Abdalwhab Mansur

Model Answer 2:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to seek your kind permission for the admission of my son to your school in grade eight. And the reason for asking this is that my whole family, including my son, will be moving into your town next June.
So, naturally, my son will not be able to continue in his old school. By the way, I have already learned a great deal about your school as to how it always sticks to its policies of maintaining a very high educational standard, and how it gets involved with the community members and parents so that they (community members and parents) can always keep an eye on their children.
And as for my son, he is a top-class student with a very keen mind for learning. Last year he scored 95% in his grade six final exams. Over the years, he has been an active member of a debate club in his school. On top of that, he also used to be a regular member of his school's football team.
So, based on my son’s credentials above, I would like to request you to offer my son admission into your school.
Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
David Garfield
I am Dianna Johnes, writing to you to know about the possibility of an admission for my son to your school. I hope you would get back to me with detailed information regarding this.
At the moment, I am looking for a prestigious school for my son as we are moving from Hamburg to Berlin next month. I came to know about your school from your website and online forums, and I believe that your school is appropriate for my son.
My son, "Aahil" is only 9 years old but have many achievements in his hands. He won several competitions organised by his school like clay modelling, drawing, storytelling, writing - which are only a few to mention. He is an outstanding performer in studies too with a hundred per cent score in most subjects. He also has a keen interest in playing football and also participated in various cultural programmes in his school. I am sure you will love to have him at your school.
I would be grateful to you if you write back to me confirming the availability of his admission to your school, and then assist me in finalising it within a month.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Dianna Johnes
