Sample Answer 1:
However globalization promotes worldwide economies positively, the governments should be paid attention to its negative aspects. While it is argued that globalization causes detrimental results, I believe that it produces great breakthroughs though authorities should take care about harmful outcomes of globalizing.
Globalization has a beneficial influence on our lives. Globalization develops local economies. So, it helps nations to decline an unemployment rate and raise economic growth. Furthermore, globalized economy advances technology. For example, when a multinational company establishes a factory in a developing country, the new equipment, the new management skills and job vacancies are all in the best interest of the local society. Moreover, globalization has transformed the world into global village. As a result, people all over the world can communicate together easier than the past by internet and satellite TV.
On the other hand, nobody can deny the devastating consequences of globalization. One of the crucial sides is a cultural shock. Worldwide networks and televisions have severely affected young people. These facilities have escalated cultural differences and generation gaps. For instance, when young aged persons watch popular superstars like singers, actors, actresses etc., on satellite channels. They imitate their behaviours, clothes, etc., that it leads to misbehaviours among adolescents. In addition, another critical impact of globalizing is the danger of epidemic diseases which can easily spread because of faster transportation and increase in the number of tourists. This statement is proved in the recent bird's flu disease which has infected most Asian countries over a short period of time.
In conclusion, although globalization has sparked a heated debate in recent decades whether it is a blessing or a curse, I believe that globalization is playing an increasingly useful role in today's communities but we should not ignore destructive side effects of globalization. As a matter of fact, impoverished nations should provide required infrastructures and benchmark successful developing countries such as Brazil and China in order to decrease the disadvantages of globalization.

Sample Answer 2:
Mixed opinions exist among people in relation to how globalisation influences the economies of the world. Some argue that it is evident that globalisation has brought dramatic economic growths and more employment opportunities around the world, particularly in the developing countries. However, there are criticisms raised to remind people of negative impacts that are caused by globalisation.
Economy and employment have been thriving in some developing countries for the last 30 years since globalisation first formed its concept. Countries, such as China, India, and South Africa, which had once struggled with economic developments, are largely affected when most giant international corporations moved to nations where tax rates are lower and labour rates are cheaper. This particular wave has created enormous new businesses in less developed countries. Therefore, both economics and employments have been promoted significantly by globalisation.
However, some economists and sociologists believe that globalisation has not created jobs globally; rather, it simply shifted employment opportunities from developed countries to developing countries. As a result, when China is experiencing high job growth, The United States, on the other hand, is suffering from the high unemployment rate.
They also claim that globalisation encourages dependency on other countries so that if one country’s economy collapses, it is very likely that other countries’ economies will be damaged as well. The 2008 global economic crisis had well demonstrated how this dependent relationship worked very negatively among countries during the crisis.
In conclusion, globalisation plays a major role in pushing economic and employment developments forward in developing countries; however, evidence has suggested that it has negative impacts on industrialised countries in terms of economic and labour market growths. Moreover, the unhealthy dependence among countries is another concern in relation to globalisation.

Sample Answer 3:
Globalization has benefited most of the countries. However, everything has two sides, globalization may also have disadvantages. In this essay, I will discuss both the pros and cons of globalization in today's world.
First of all, globalization has greatly influenced the world's economy in many positive ways. Most of the businesses are becoming increasingly international. Globalization allows a free trade practice. With the unlimited export of goods, the market of a country will get larger. The unlimited import will also allow citizens to have access to imported products. Furthermore, with foreign investments in a country, a rise in employment will follow. No one can deny that the positive aspects of globalization will help the countries' economy to prosper. Moreover, if more people will be employed, this could result in a low poverty rate in the developing countries, like the Philippines.
On the other end of the spectrum, globalization may also harm business industry of other countries that cannot compete for as much versus the multinational companies. Thus, small business and medium scale establishments may have to close down. As a result, globalization can also lead to unemployment and exploitation. Followed by this, other companies may move to other countries where labour is cheap. Because of the globalization, the traditional way of life and simplicity are getting washed away and people in developing countries are mimicking the western cultures which might lead to a devastating situation on a countries heritage and tradition. The locally made products are being replaced by the international brands and that has a very negative and long-term effect on a countries business growth.
In conclusion, I believe that globalization as a concept has noble intentions and is beneficial to countries that have developed fully and are ready to compete in the world market. Nevertheless, governments and companies should use a fair approach by taking appropriate steps for the country to become ready and to engage in a free trade economy around the world.

Sample Answer 4:
Globalization is a comparatively newer trend and it has brought countless benefits to our modern life. The brighter side of globalization reduces the disparity and distance between countries around the world whereas the darker side also needs assessment carefully.
Obviously, with the impact of globalization trade and travel around the world have become easier, comfortable and easily accessible. Air route travel is now affordable to common people within a fraction of hours people can reach their destiny. Branded International products are available to all countries, for instance, people can buy Mac Donald's products from their own local market. Trade and industry have dramatically developed and created gigantic job vacancies. The relationship between the nations has improved and nations can now easily maintain a friendly relationship with other. Thus the economic disparity between the nations has been narrowed with the advantages of globalization.
On the other hand, it is argued that the wealthier countries are becoming wealthier due to the advantages they are getting from globalization. They can begin their roots in developing or underdeveloped countries and utilise the natural raw materials from there and become more and more affluent. Coca-Cola Company in India is the greatest illustration to this. With the impact of globalization more and more new products are being available in market and people have choices. As a result, there is a greater competition in the market. Consequently, local trades might not survive in long run and this has negative consequences on many local businesses. Brain drain seems to have become a common policy and phenomenon observed throughout the all developing countries. The local traditions and cultures are in jeopardy due to the enormous influence of world media and TV channels.
Putting everything into consideration, although there are many cones of globalization, I believe that the pros are more prominent and obvious. It is a welcoming trend due to the advantages it offers. As long the international bonding is strong, it is a positive trend and the chances of conflict between the nations have declined which would present a better world to the upcoming generations.
