Model Answer 1:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Two weeks ago I purchased a brand new mobile phone from your shop. I was excited to have purchased it but very disappointed to find that the phone was poorly produced and stopped working within a week of purchase. I have talked to one of your representatives over the phone twice but nothing has been done so far. I am hoping you will replace it immediately.
In relation to the specifics of the order, I purchased this mobile phone from your Davidsons Avenue store on September 23rd and it was a cash purchase. The model of the mobile phone is the OnePlus 12R and it comes with a 6.78-inch display, Android 14 (OxygenOS 14) OS, 50 Megapixel camera, 16 GB RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The order number is 25009652 and I am attaching a copy of my receipt.
The issue with the phone is that I am unable to start it even after the phone is fully charged. It is dead and unusable for me. I’m sure this is a manufacturing flaw and I am entitled to get a new phone as a replacement according to the warranty policy. Despite my communication with one of your representatives a week ago, nothing has been done and I seriously doubt the after-sale service you provide.
As a solution, and because I really like the functionality and features of this phone, I am hoping that you will agree to replace it with a new one immediately. Otherwise, I would like a full refund and I will be contacting the Bureau of Consumer Protection if I do not hear back from you in regards to this within a week.
Thank you for giving the matter your attention and I hope to hear your reply soon.
Yours faithfully,
David Miller
Model Answer 2:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I purchased a brand new Samsung Smartphone from one of your stores. I was delighted to purchase it but frustrated to find that it stopped working after a few days of use. I am hoping you would replace it with a new one as I am entitled to a two-year replacement warranty.
I purchased a Galaxy S24 Ultra mobile phone from your Madison Avenue store on 24th March. The phone worked fine for the first week, but then suddenly froze and stopped working. Since I have a valid replacement warranty, I immediately sent it to your store on Madison Avenue on 2nd April. The customer service representative promised me that the phone would be checked and a new phone would be dispatched to my home address soon. But to my dismay, when I spoke to this person two days ago, I was shocked to discover that the phone had not been checked yet! Because of this, I have been without a smartphone for which I have paid a good amount of money.
As per the contract, I am entitled to get my cell phone replaced. Therefore, I expect you to ship me a brand new cell phone within a week. Otherwise, I would be forced to seek legal advice.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and actions.
Yours faithfully,
Muhammad Sameed

Model Answer 3:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Emilly Brooks, and I am writing to you regarding a recent purchase I made from your company. I purchased a new iPhone 15 Pro mobile phone from your store last week. Unfortunately, I am disappointed to report that the phone has stopped working after just a few days of use. I am hoping that you will replace the mobile with a new one or refund my money immediately.
I contacted one of your company representatives about this issue a week ago, explaining the situation and seeking assistance. However, I have not received any update or resolution since then. As a loyal customer of your brand, I am concerned about the lack of response and the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning device.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter. I would highly appreciate it if you could arrange for the replacement of the defective phone as soon as possible, and if that is not possible, please refund the money I paid to purchase it. Additionally, I would like to request compensation for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning device and the delay in resolving the issue.
I trust in your commitment to customer satisfaction and hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter soon. Otherwise, I will be forced to take legal action if I do not hear from you in two weeks.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Model Answer 4:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to notify you that I have recently purchased a brand-new mobile phone from your store and it stopped working after a week. I want you to replace this mobile phone with a new one as per the warranty clauses.
Three weeks ago I purchased a brand new Nokia X100 mobile phone from your Broadway Avenue store. I was excited to have it but soon disheartened to find that it was a faulty product that stopped working just after a week's use. The problem with the mobile phone started to appear on 25th May and it is completely unusable now. I am very surprised to discover such issues in an expensive model.
Naturally, I returned the phone to your store to be replaced with a new one. One of your staff told me that they will send it to my home address within a week. However, two weeks have already passed and I have not received it yet. I am very disappointed with your poor after-sales service. The order number is 54875412 and I am attaching a copy of my receipt for you to look into it.
In this regard, I insist on getting a full refund of the purchase amount if the replacement does not happen within the next week.
Thank you for giving the matter your attention and I hope to hear your reply soon.
Yours faithfully,
Joseph Mark
Model Answer 5:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am David Fisher, writing to express my concern about a recent purchase I made from your company. Even after contacting your company a week ago, I am yet to get any solution. I am hoping that you will take the necessary action to resolve the issue.
On 12th November, I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy mobile phone from your Brownshire Road. The invoice number of the purchase is BR#0040124. While I was initially very pleased with the phone, unfortunately, it malfunctioned just a few days later. The phone now refuses to turn on, and even if it does sometimes, the touch screen remains unresponsive. This is particularly inconvenient as I rely heavily on my mobile phone for both personal and professional communication.
Following the initial malfunction, I contacted your customer service department on 20th November and spoke with a representative named Carter. I was informed that the repair process could take up to a week. Unfortunately, a week has now passed since I contacted your customer service team, and I have not received any updates on the status of the repair!
Given the significant inconvenience caused by this malfunction, I would like to request a prompt resolution. Ideally, I would appreciate it if you could issue a replacement phone of the same model or refund the full amount plus compensation for the delay in a week. Otherwise, I will contact the Consumer Rights Protection Service and lodge a formal complaint.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
Yours faithfully,
David Fisher

Dear Sir or Madam,
I purchased a smartphone a month ago from your store in the Abbey Avenue Complex and was very thrilled to own this particular model. Unfortunately, after only a few days, the phone stopped working and even after claiming the warranty, I have not heard anything from the store. I am hoping that you will replace the faulty phone with a new one.
In relation to the specifics of the order, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, 512 GB RAM and smartphone from the Abbey Avenue Complex showroom on 09th June. The phone worked as expected during the first two weeks and then suddenly malfunctioned. Firstly the camera stopped working and later the touchscreen became irresponsive. The phone is now unusable. Please find enclosed a copy of the purchase bill.
I did report the issue to your customer care department a week ago and returned the faulty phone to your store. I was promised that a new phone would be sent to my home address within three days. However, I have not received it yet or heard anything from customer care.
I would highly appreciate it if you could look into this matter. I have a valid replacement warranty and I would like you to replace this faulty product with a new one. Otherwise, I would be forced to complain to the Consumer Protection Authority.
Looking forward to your response and kind cooperation.

Sample Answer 7:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to claim my warranty for the mobile phone that I purchased two weeks ago from your store. The phone does not turn on just after a week of purchase and I have a valid replacement warranty for the phone. I am hoping that you will replace it immediately.
Two weeks ago I purchased a new iPhone 14 Pro mobile phone from your authorised shop in Park Lane. I have visited your shop several other times to purchase different electronic gadgets. However, this time my experience was terribly unpleasant as just after a week, the new phone malfunctioned.
I immediately went to your sales centre, explained the issue to the staff and returned my phone for a replacement. The representative promised a new phone in the next two to three days. Unfortunately, eight days have already elapsed and I am yet to receive the new phone. My order number is 257380 and I am attaching a copy of my receipt.
I expect that you will immediately look into this matter and try to resolve this. Either your company should replace the phone or refund me the money.
Thank you for giving the matter your attention and I hope to hear your reply soon.

I am a regular customer of your store 'Happy Mobiles'. I am writing to express my discontent over the services provided by your staff.
I came to your store on 15th June to buy a new smartphone. I was suggested by your staff member to buy the OnePlus 7 Pro mobile phone. After understanding its specifications and comparing it to other phones in the same range, I bought OnePlus 7 Pro for 52,000 rupees. The phone worked fine for a few days after which problems started to appear.
The phone is getting stuck frequently. The battery is draining within 2 hours in spite of 100% charge. It is also getting hot while charging. I assume the reason for this could be a damaged battery. As the phone is still under warranty period, I took it to your store to get it repaired. Your executive told me that it would take a week to repair for which I readily agreed. However, I could not find any change in my phone's behaviour even after the repair.
In this regard, I expect you to either replace the phone with a brand new phone or refund the entire amount failing which, this matter will be taken to the consumer court.
I will be awaiting a prompt reply on this issue.
Yours faithfully,
Harita H
