Dear Sir or Madam,
Answer 1:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the food my family and I were served at your restaurant two days ago.
My name is Rosemary Lane, I came with my family to your restaurant for my daughter’s 13th birthday dinner party. We placed orders for food and drinks to the waitress who assured us that our meals would be ready in forty-five minutes. Though the meals were served on time, regrettably, when the appetizers were served, we discovered what we believed was human hair in our bowl of soup. This was served alongside a basket of stale bread and expired butter. The main meal wasn’t any better as our warm potato salads and grilled chicken breasts were served cold and raw.
For dessert, we ordered a whole chocolate cake with candles to commemorate my daughter’s birthday. Shockingly, we didn’t get our cake. Instead, we were served slices of mouldy cheesecake. At the end of this disappointing and awful experience, I was forced to pay for services I did not receive.
In view of this, I demand a full refund of my money paid to your restaurant and a letter of apology from your waitress who blatantly ignored the food orders I placed from your restaurant menu. Furthermore, kindly ensure that your chefs adhere to strict hygiene and culinary practices. I implore you to take these concerns seriously and deal with the issues stated in this letter.
Thank you in anticipation of your swift response.
Yours faithfully,
Rosemary Lane

Answer 2:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with respect to a meal I had in your restaurant with my family on 20th December. We went to your place in order to celebrate my recent promotion but the experience was not satisfactory. I am hoping you would take measures to improve your service and food quality.
I chose your restaurant with the hope to enjoy our dinner and celebrate the special occasion. I booked the table a week ago and confirmed the meal over the phone. One of your staff members confirmed me that the meal would be available once we show up.
However, when we arrived, we had to wait more than 30 minutes as other guests were sitting at our table. Later, we were told that a few items of our ordered menu have been sold out despite the fact that we had arrived on time. With reluctance, we had to take your staff’s advice to have a different menu instead, which was more disappointing. The meat was too hard for my parents, the rice was undercooked and the salad had a pungent taste. As a result, we did not enjoy our meal at all.
The experience actually ruined our celebration mood and we barely finished any item your restaurant served to us. Therefore, I would like to get a full refund. Please do not consider this complaint as a picky customer’s request because we have paid for the food we did not expect for.
Thank you for your understanding.
Yours faithfully,
Vanessa Quan

Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing this letter to show my concern about the menu we were served and the service we received from your restaurant last night. I hope you will take necessary actions to improve your meals and service.
Last night, my family and I went to your restaurant, Delicia, at Downtown to enjoy a family meal. Unfortunately, we found our table very dirty and when we called a waitress, she delayed almost 15 minutes to clean it. In addition, the menu book we were served was torn apart and did not include all items. When we ordered our meal, we had to wait for a long to be served. Meanwhile, dishes were a bit salty and some of them were not fresh. It was not up to the expectation we have had.
When the soup bowl arrived, I found a small hair in it. It was quite disappointing. We did not enjoy the meal and our time there.
We expect you to train your staff to comply with the professional manner and change your chef who does not have enough qualifications to cook in a large restaurant like yours.
Yours faithfully,
Azadeh Etemadi

Nice blog.
Content not covered enough and I think the use of vocabulary and sentence structure are well enough to secure a good band score.
